Gear down and go big with the SuperATV 8" GDP Portal Gear Lift for your Polaris RZR S 1000. Get 8 inches of extra ground clearance and choose either 45% or 60% gear reduction to tackle mud, rocks, trails, mountains, creeks, and dunes with less drivetrain stress. Available with billet or cast aluminum housings, this portal system is built with precision-ground 9310 alloy steel gears, a 1.5 in. diameter 4340 hardened steel drive shaft, universal hubs, and advanced sealing for long-lasting performance.
GDP portals are designed with reinforced housings, 5/16" thick steel alloy backing plates, double-angular contact bearings, and precision-ground stainless steel slotted rotors for strong, quiet operation. The universal hub fits major bolt patterns, and the portals increase width by 4 in. per side for a total of 8 in., with 1.5 in. forward and rear offset. Gear reduction is located at the hub to help reduce stress on the axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission.

- (4) Assembled portal hub boxes complete with 9310 gears, seals, output shaft, gaskets, and thrust bearings
- (4) Universal hubs and precision-ground stainless steel slotted rotors with lugs

- (8) Rear backing plate bushings
- Extended brake lines
- All required hardware, including recessed castle nut socket

Fitment:
- Polaris RZR S 1000 : 2016-2020
- Polaris RZR S4 1000 : 2019-2020
Wheel requirements:
- 22" or larger wheel required
- Wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
- Wheels need a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55 mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer
Suspension and tire recommendations with 8" portals:
- 34" tires: stock
- 35" tires: 3" lift kit
- 37" tires: 1.5" forward front A-arms
- 38" tires: 1.5" forward front A-arms and 3" lift kit
- 48" tires: 7-10" lift kit
