A Complete Transmission Kit
If you’re a full-send rider, you’ve probably blown your fair share of transmissions. SuperATV’s Complete Heavy-Duty Transmission is made to order and undergoes rigorous testing before it ships. The transmission uses lapped gears for perfect meshing and requires no break-in period. With upgraded internals and a case built for battle, it’s designed to overhaul your ride.
A Stronger Reverse Chain
The reverse chain has been upgraded to be twice as strong as stock so it can handle steep hills and thick mud without snapping. It’s built for demanding riding and can keep up when you throw it into reverse wherever needed.
Upgraded Pinion and Snorkel Gear
The pinion and snorkel gears are made from 9310 alloy steel, and the front output shaft is made from 300M steel. These lapped gears are mated and broken in together during production for smooth, cool operation and increased strength.
A Thicker Pinion Bearing Retainer
The heavy-duty pinion bearing retainer helps hold the pinion gear firmly in place to address one of the stock transmission’s weak spots. This added strength helps prevent the snorkel and pinion gear from pulling apart, overheating, and breaking.
A Better Transmission Case
The transmission case is reinforced with 68% more metal on the snorkel tube and axle output areas, plus additional support ribs and gussets. Extra fins also help keep the transmission cooler.
You Pick the Gear Reduction
Choose from stock, 12.5%, 25%, or 37.5% gear reduction. Higher gear reduction increases torque, which is especially useful for extra weight, massive tires, and hard rides.
