Rhino Driveline prop shafts are built to help your Polaris RZR S 1000 handle tougher riding. SuperATV’s Rhino Prop Shafts are super strong and pair with either C-Series CV joints or U-Series U-joints for smooth operation and less wear. Upgrade your driveline’s backbone and ride with more confidence.

Superior Construction

Built with 1.75" diameter tubing and .120" wall thickness, this prop shaft is larger and thicker than the OEM shaft. It’s made from 4130 chromoly tubing, not plain carbon steel, so it’s ready for creeks, rocks, mud, and hills.

C-Series

The C-Series uses a CV joint with a chromoly cage, spider, and cup for superior strength. The sealed boot helps keep out mud, water, and dirt. Constant velocity operation helps eliminate rattle, wobble, and balance issues.

U-Series

The U-Series uses a traditional needle-bearing U-joint with a 4340 chromoly steel body. It’s phased and balanced for smooth operation and sealed for long-lasting performance.

Carrier Bearing Compatibility

Rhino Driveline prop shafts are compatible with SuperATV carrier bearings only. SuperATV carrier bearings feature a greaseable, self-aligning bearing with a two-piece design for easier installation and maintenance. Available options include A380 cast aluminum for reliable strength or 6061 billet aluminum for maximum performance.
