Get SuperATV’s RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion installed on your Polaris RZR S 1000 for stronger, more durable steering performance. Designed to reduce wear, slop, and steering play, it helps you run bigger tires and ride with confidence in tough terrain.

Less Wear and Tear with X24 Tech

RackBoss 2.0 uses X24 Tech, a dual-bushing design with heavy-duty PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack to remove play from the internals and reduce wear by over 50% compared to stock. It also helps keep the tension spring nearly motionless for long-lasting performance. A built-in grease fitting lets you add fresh grease after mud or water crossings.

Choose the Tie Rod Setup That Fits Your Ride

  • Solid steel bar tie rods: 1" diameter steel bars with 3/4" outer heim joint tie rod ends and rebuildable inner tie rod ends using 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.
  • Swaged tube tie rods: 7/8" steel tube design flared for added strength and resistance to shearing, paired with oversized tie rod ends using 14 mm rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.
  • Heavy-duty dual PTFE bushings designed with X24 Tech
  • Prevents wear and reduces slop
  • 65% larger housing than stock
  • Over 50% less wear than OEM after 15,000 cycles
  • Grease fitting for rack gears
  • Includes inner boots, steering stop kit, misalignment bushings, tie rod studs, and hardware
