Polaris RZR S 1000 RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion for Big Lift Kits

Your RZR was built to take the road less traveled, but what about your rack and pinion? Most rack and pinions break down after miles of rough riding, but not this one. SuperATV’s Polaris RZR S 1000 RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion is designed with X24 technology, a unique dual-bushing design that reduces wear and tear by over 50%. When you wear out your OEM rack and pinion, upgrade to a RackBoss 2.0 that can handle giant lift kits, big tires, and other heavy-duty upgrades without ruining your steering.

Dual-bushings for durability

Our X24 technology uses durable PTFE bushings on both ends to reduce unnecessary movement from internal gears and springs. There’s also a built-in grease fitting so you can flush out debris when you ride in mud and slop. Altogether, X24 tech reduces wear by over 50% for longer-lasting performance.

Solid steel bar Z-bend tie rods

This kit includes heavy-duty tie rods with full 1" solid steel construction. The Z-bend tie rods use durable heim joints with 16 mm rack threads on one side and 3/4" rod threads on the other. Custom gussets reinforce the Z-bend for added strength and performance.
