Less Wear and Tear with Dual-Bushing Design

Heavy-duty PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack remove play from the internals and keep the tension spring nearly motionless. With little to no unintended internal movement, this rack is built to handle massive tires, hard hits, mud, and water while staying in like-new condition longer. A built-in grease fitting lets you push fresh grease through after demanding rides.

Solid Steel Bar Tie Rods

The solid steel bar tie rods use 1" diameter steel bars with 3/4" outer heim joint tie rods and rebuildable inner tie rods that use 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. They’re built for hard hits, big tires, and aggressive riding.

Swaged Tube Tie Rods

The swaged tube tie rods are tough and lightweight, with a flared steel tube design that adds strength beyond a standard 7/8" tube. They pair with tie rod ends that use 16 mm rack threads and 14 mm rod threads.
