When it comes to side-by-sides, one size does not fit all riders. Your machine should be as unique as you are, and this GDP 4" Portal Gear Lift was designed with that in mind. It adds both a lift and a gear reduction to your Polaris RZR Trail 900, with your choice of 15% or 30% reduction and cast or billet aluminum housings.

Perfect for mud, the 4" lift helps keep you from getting swamped and gives you room for bigger tires, while the gear reduction adds torque to help you cut through thick conditions.

Portal gear lifts place the gear reduction directly in the hub, which helps reduce stress on your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission for improved drivetrain protection.

The portals use premium 9310 alloy steel gears that are precision ground for proper mating and quiet operation. Housing options include cast or USA-made 6061 billet aluminum with CNC-machined finish, reinforced design, and no vents. Both housing styles use advanced oil-resistant gaskets, a sealed input gear, and a double-lipped output seal. They also use strong roller bearings and a double-angular contact output bearing for durability.

All GDP portals utilize precision-ground stainless steel slotted rotors and universal hubs with 4/156, 4/137, 4/115, and 4/110 bolt patterns. The tapered output shaft provides a more secure lock to help prevent wobble over time.

  • (4) Universal hubs and precision-ground stainless steel slotted rotors with lugs
  • (4) Specialized steel alloy backing plates

  • (2) Steel steering arms
  • Extended brake lines with parking brake and brake cable brackets
  • All required hardware including recessed castle nut socket

Wheel Requirements:

  • 14" or larger wheel required
  • Cannot exceed 5" backspacing
  • Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer
