GDP Portals Give Your RZR Trail 900 Unbeatable Performance Boost your power and performance with a SuperATV GDP 6" Portal Gear Lift for your Polaris RZR Trail 900. You’ll get extra clearance, room for bigger tires, and a 30%, 45%, or 60% gear reduction. You can also choose dual idlers for added strength and durability.
What is a Dual Idler? After years of research and development, SuperATV’s dual idler gear portals spread the load over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer and a stronger gear set. Precision CNC grinding ensures the gears mate perfectly. The gears are made from 9310 steel alloy.
Whether you ride dunes, backwoods trails, rocks, or mud, GDP portal gear lifts let you choose the reduction that fits your build. A 30% reduction is ideal for faster rides with plenty of torque, 45% is great for bigger tires and rough riding, and 60% is built for extreme mud builds. Portals put the gear reduction in the hub to reduce stress on your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission.
Built for strength and reliability GDP portals feature cast or billet aluminum housings with reinforced gear retention and optimized oil flow, plus 5/16" backing plates made from an advanced steel alloy. Advanced gaskets and O-rings, a sealed input gear, double-lipped output seal, double-angular contact output bearings, and roller idler and drive bearings help keep everything protected and running smoothly.
Enhance with gear oil formulated for GDP Portals. There are no vents, because SuperATV found they do more harm than good.

Wheel requirements:
- 18" or larger wheel required
- 18" wheels cannot exceed 4-1/2" backspacing
- 20" and larger wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
- Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer
