Polaris RZR Trail 900 Complete Geared-Reverse Transmission
Give your Polaris RZR Trail 900 a major drivetrain upgrade with this complete geared-reverse transmission. It is designed as a drop-in replacement with no modifications required, and it replaces the stock reverse chain with a geared reverse setup for improved strength and durability.

The geared reverse is 3 times stronger than stock, while the upgraded pinion and snorkel gear set is 2.5 times stronger than stock. The snorkel gear set includes a 9310 heavy-duty steel pinion shaft and gears, along with a 300M front output shaft for added strength.
The transmission also features hob-cut, heat-treated, ground gears for precise mesh and smoother operation, plus a thick 6 mm pinion bearing retainer with a six-bolt pattern for better support. The cast aluminum case includes more support ribs and gussets than stock, extra cooling fins, and additional metal reinforcing the snorkel tube and axle output areas. All necessary seals are included.
Choose the gear reduction that fits your setup: stock, 12.5%, 25%, or 37.5% reduction available in several applications. Gear reductions can help make heavy tires feel lighter and improve acceleration with larger setups like lifts and portals.
