Upgraded Strength Throughout
The reverse chain is nearly twice as strong as stock and is designed to handle hard use in steep climbs and muddy conditions. The snorkel gear set uses ultra-tough 9310 alloy steel, with a 300M front output shaft for added durability. The gears are perfectly lapped and broken in together for smooth, strong operation.
The transmission also includes a heavy-duty pinion bearing retainer, a known weak point in stock units, helping keep the pinion gear firmly in place for more reliable performance.
Stronger Case, Better Cooling
The upgraded transmission case uses 68% more metal at the axle output and snorkel tube areas, plus additional support ribs and gussets for extra strength. Extra fins help keep the transmission cool where it matters most.
Gear Reduction Options
Choose the gear reduction that fits your ride: stock, 12.5%, 25%, or 37.5%. More reduction can provide extra torque for larger tires, heavier loads, mud, and rough trails.
