Description

Your Polaris RZR Trail 900 is built for exploring new places and pushing new boundaries. When a U-joint or shaft fails, you can end up crawling out in two-wheel drive. Upgrade to SuperATV’s Rhino Driveline Prop Shaft for a more reliable ride and smoother operation.

Strength through design

Rhino Driveline Prop Shafts are built bigger and stronger for hard riding, with .120" tube walls, a 1.75" tube diameter, and all chromoly construction. Compared to stock, the shaft diameter is .5" larger, the tube wall is thicker, and the shaft uses 4130 chromoly tubing instead of plain carbon steel.

U-Series

U-Series shafts use a traditional needle-bearing U-joint made from 4340 chromoly steel. They are a beefed-up stock-style option with sealed bearings for added protection and smooth operation with no vibration.

C-Series

For maximum strength and protection, choose a C-Series prop shaft. It uses a chromoly CV joint with a chromoly cage, spider, and cup, plus a high-quality rubber boot. It is fully sealed for protection in any environment and delivers no vibration, no wobble, and no maintenance.

Compatible with SuperATV carrier bearings only

These prop shafts are compatible with SuperATV carrier bearings only. SuperATV carrier bearings feature a greaseable, self-aligning bearing and a two-piece design for easier installation and maintenance. Choose from an A380 cast aluminum carrier bearing for long-lasting reliability, or a 6061 billet aluminum carrier bearing for maximum performance and CNC-machined strength.
