RackBoss 2.0 Changes the Game

SuperATV’s RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion for the Polaris RZR Trail 900 is an upgraded version of the original RackBoss, designed to improve steering durability and responsiveness. It uses X24 Tech, a dual-bushing design that reduces wear by over 50% compared to stock and helps keep your steering tight through hard use.

The X24 Tech design uses heavy-duty PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack to reduce internal play and keep the tension spring nearly motionless. It also includes a grease fitting for easy maintenance and smooth operation.

Choose from two tie rod options:

  • Swaged tube tie rods made from steel tube with 14 mm outer tie rod ends
  • Solid steel bar tie rods made from 1" diameter steel bars with 3/4" outer heim joint tie rod ends

Both tie rod options include rebuildable inner tie rod ends with 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads, inner boots, a steering stop kit, misalignment bushings, tie rod studs, and hardware.
