Description

Built for Stability and Performance

Cornering on a 50" wide machine like your Polaris RZR Trail 900 can be tough. This conversion kit gives you 10" wider suspension, 1.5" front and rear offset, and everything you need to make the change for improved control and stability.

The kit is built with durable components, including 1 1/4" diameter tubed A-arms, heavy-duty tie rods, CNC laser-cut steel shock brackets, and UHMW bushings preinstalled. The fully adjustable, high-clearance A-arms come preset for perfect camber at 60" wide and provide room for larger tires. The kit utilizes OEM ball joints.

It includes a full set of extended Rhino Brand Axles made from 4340 chromoly steel for strength and long life. Precision-made CV joints have no break-in period and can operate at extreme articulation angles without overheating. You can also upgrade to Rhino 2.0 Axles, which feature hardened chromoly steel construction, oversized CVs with 40°+ articulation angles, and are backed by an 18-month warranty.

A-arms, tie rods, and brackets are backed by a lifetime warranty.

NOTE:

  • 2021+ Trail models will reuse stock rear sway bar links but need to purchase Qty. 2 #7519306 from Polaris for the rear hardware and Qty. 2 #1543852 sway bar links for the front.
  • Not compatible with models equipped with Turf Mode
