Tougher Boxed A-Arms

Your stock A-arms are built for stock rides, but if you want to take on tougher trails and get more out of your Polaris RZR Trail S 1000, these 2" Forward Offset Boxed A-Arms are a major upgrade. The 2" offset gives you room for up to 30" tires and adds stability, while the extra ground clearance helps you cruise over obstacles without getting hung up.

These boxed A-arms are built for extreme strength with TIG-welded 1/8" heavy-duty steel plating and an internal gusset system. They also include preinstalled UHMW bushings for smooth riding and are finished with a UV-resistant powder coat. Adjustable pivot blocks let you fine-tune camber for a better ride, and they’re backed by a lifetime warranty.

Ball joint options

Purchase a set of SuperATV ball joints with your A-arms and they’ll be installed for free. If you do not select a pre-installed ball joint at checkout, you must re-use your stock ball joints.

Super Duty 300M Ball Joints Made from 300M grade steel with an easily accessible grease zerk and adjustable steel-on-steel design. 2.25x stronger than stock.

Keller Ball Joints Two-piece design that eliminates the need for a snap ring. They thread onto the A-arms like a nut and bolt, with a chromoly steel stud and tool-steel body. Greaseable and rebuildable.

Heavy Duty Ball Joints Built from a hardened 4340 VAR steel blend with zinc plating, grease zerks, and an adjustable design. Tested to withstand double the pressure of an OEM ball joint.

Standard Duty Ball Joints OEM-quality replacement ball joints made with hardened chromoly steel studs and housings with zinc plating for strength and longevity.
