GDP’s RZR Trail S 1000 Portals Are the Industry’s Best

Give your Polaris RZR Trail S 1000 a complete overhaul with a GDP 6" Portal Gear Lift from SuperATV. It delivers impressive height and the torque you need to dominate the trails. Choose 30%, 45%, or 60% gear reduction and your housing style to get a portal gear lift that’s entirely your own. You can also upgrade to dual idler gears for maximum strength.

What is a Dual Idler®?

After years of research and development, GDP’s dual idler gear portals spread the load over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer and a stronger gear set. Precision CNC grinding ensures the gears mate perfectly, and they’re made from 9310 steel alloy for exceptional strength.

Get a Gear Reduction to Match Your Style

Whether you ride trails, dunes, mud, or rough terrain, a GDP Portal Gear Lift is built for adventure. Choose a smaller 30% reduction for faster rides with plenty of torque, a 45% reduction for bigger tires and rougher terrain, or a 60% reduction for maximum mud performance. Dual idler gears take strength even further.

GDP’s Gear Reduction Reduces Drivetrain Wear

By placing the gear reduction directly in the hub, portal gear lifts reduce stress on your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission, helping them last longer through demanding rides.

Smartly Designed, Trail-Proven Strength

GDP portals are built to last with cast and billet aluminum housings and 5/16" backing plates made from an advanced steel alloy. Features include reinforced housings for gear retention and optimized oil flow, stronger-than-chromoly backing plates, and no vents, since vents can do more harm than good.

  • Available with billet or cast aluminum housings
  • Dual idler gear configuration maximizes strength
  • Cool, quiet, precision-ground gears made from 9310 alloy billet steel
  • 1.5 in. diameter 4340 hardened steel drive shaft
  • Housings use advanced gaskets or O-rings that don’t let anything through
