After years of research and development, GDP’s dual idler gear portals spread the load over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer and a stronger gear set. Precision CNC grinding ensures the gears mate perfectly, and they’re made from 9310 steel alloy for exceptional strength.
Get a Gear Reduction to Match Your Style
Whether you ride trails, dunes, mud, or rough terrain, a GDP Portal Gear Lift is built for adventure. Choose a smaller 30% reduction for faster rides with plenty of torque, a 45% reduction for bigger tires and rougher terrain, or a 60% reduction for maximum mud performance. Dual idler gears take strength even further.

Features include reinforced housings for gear retention and optimized oil flow, stronger-than-chromoly backing plates, and no vents, since vents can do more harm than good.

Wheel Requirements:
- 18" or larger wheel required
- 18" wheels cannot exceed 4-1/2" backspacing
- 20" and larger wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
- Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer
