Your Polaris RZR Trail S 1000 is rugged, capable, and loads of fun, but you’re not truly getting the most out of it until you add an 8" Portal Gear Lift from SuperATV. It gives you unbelievable height and a 45% or 60% gear reduction, with a choice of cast or billet aluminum housings.
GDP portals are a trail-proven choice trusted by thousands of riders. They’re designed to handle hard riding while reducing stress on your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission, even with huge tires.
These portals are ideal for mud and other tough terrain. The hub-mounted gear reduction helps your drivetrain last longer, while the precision-ground 9310 alloy steel gears deliver smooth, quiet performance.
Choose from cast or USA-made billet aluminum housings, both built with reinforced design, advanced gaskets, sealed input gears, and double-lipped output seals. They also use a double-angular contact bearing on the output shaft for added strength.
The 8" Portal Gear Lift includes universal hubs and precision-ground stainless steel slotted rotors, along with specialized steel alloy backing plates, extended brake lines, and all required hardware. A frame stiffener is required and must be selected at checkout.
It increases width by 4" per side and includes a 1.5" forward and rear offset. It also uses a 1.5" diameter 4340 hardened steel driveshaft.

- Polaris RZR Trail S 1000 Ultimate: 2021+
Wheel requirements:
- 22" or larger wheel required
- Wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
- Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55 mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer
Suspension recommendations:
- 36" max tire size: stock
- 41" max tire size: 1.5" Forward Front A-Arms
- 43" max tire size: 7-10" Lift Kit
