SuperATV’s Complete Heavy-Duty Transmission is designed to make your Polaris RZR Trail S 1000 stronger and more reliable with upgraded internals, including a stronger reverse chain and perfectly meshed gears. Built to handle brutal off-road conditions, it helps eliminate slipped gears and other transmission issues.
Upgraded Reverse Chain
The dual reverse chain is twice as strong as stock, giving you added confidence when tackling steep hills, mud pits, and other demanding terrain.
Perfectly Matched Gears
The pinion and snorkel gear set is made from 9310 alloy steel for exceptional strength, and the gears are perfectly lapped for smooth operation and reduced wear. A 300M front output shaft adds even more durability.
Stronger Bearing Retainer and Case
A redesigned pinion bearing retainer helps keep the pinion gear firmly in place, while the heavy-duty transmission case adds strength where OEM cases commonly fail. Extra ribs, gussets, and 68% more metal in the axle output and snorkel tube areas improve durability and help keep things cooler.
Gear Reduction Options
Choose the gear reduction that matches your riding style and setup: stock, 12.5%, 25%, or 37.5%. A larger reduction gives you more torque for turning bigger tires and handling tougher terrain.
