The Toughest Prop Shaft You Can Get

Your Polaris RZR Trail S 1000 is almost built for battle, but not quite. If you push it too hard, you can wad up your drive shaft. Upgrade or replace your stock shaft with SuperATV’s Heavy-Duty Rhino Driveline Prop Shaft for a bigger, stronger driveline with tougher U-series U-joints or C-series CV joints.

Made Strong

Rhino Driveline Prop Shafts are built with a 1.75" diameter shaft tube and a .120" thick wall. Combined with all-chromoly construction, they’re made to help your drivetrain get through tough riding.

U-Series

The U-Series prop shaft uses an OEM-style joint that’s still a major upgrade over stock. It features traditional needle bearings with a chromoly body for added strength.

C-Series

The C-Series prop shaft uses robust CV joints for maximum strength and performance. They run smoothly and are protected from dust and mud by a high-strength rubber boot.

Compatible with SuperATV Carrier Bearings Only

These Rhino Driveline Prop Shafts are compatible with SuperATV carrier bearings only. SuperATV carrier bearings feature a greaseable, self-aligning bearing and a two-piece design for easier installation and maintenance.

Carrier bearing options include an A380 cast aluminum version for reliable strength and a 6061 billet aluminum version for maximum performance. The billet carrier bearing is CNC machined and 100% American-made.

Rhino Driveline Shaft Features

  • Made of 4130 chromoly tubing vs. stock’s plain carbon steel

U-Series Features

  • Made of 4340 chromoly steel
