Install this Rack and Pinion on your Polaris RZR Trail S 1000 to handle massive tires and tough terrain with confidence.

Less Wear and Tear with Dual-Bushing Design

RackBoss 2.0 uses heavy-duty PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack to remove play from the internals and keep the tension spring nearly motionless. With less unintended internal movement, this rack helps maintain steering feel and durability through heavy rides, mud, water, and hard hits. It also includes a grease fitting for easy maintenance.

Solid Steel Bar Tie Rods

Solid steel bar tie rods deliver the strength needed for rough terrain and big tires. The 1" diameter steel rod is paired with 3/4" outer tie rod ends and rebuildable inner tie rod ends that use 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.

Swaged Tube Tie Rods

Steel swaged tube tie rods offer a lighter yet strong option. The 7/8" diameter tubing is flared for added strength and is paired with 14 mm outer tie rod ends and rebuildable inner tie rod ends that use 14 mm rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.
