Built for power and longevity, the Polaris RZR Trail S 1000 Secondary Clutch Assembly Kit pairs a Team Tied clutch with a Rev1 helix and spring for lasting strength, quick acceleration, and smoother shifting. It’s designed to help reduce belt noise and sluggish power so you can get more out of every ride.
Choose the standard-load option for trail and high-speed riding, or the high-load option for heavier tires and more demanding mud or sand conditions. Stock clutches use pucks that can wear out the clutch faster, while this design uses rollers to reduce friction and help protect the clutch over time.
The Rev1 spring and helix are built to improve throttle response, smoother shifting, and faster acceleration, while retaining engine braking. This complete kit includes everything needed for installation: Team Tied secondary clutch, Rev1 helix, and Rev1 secondary clutch spring.
