Polaris RZR Trail S 900 2" Forward Offset Boxed A-Arms

If you’re still running stock arms, you don’t know what you’re missing out on. Stock arms bang on every low-lying obstacle and weak construction can buckle if you push them too hard. Upgrade to SuperATV’s boxed A-arms for smoother, more reliable rides with more clearance and stronger construction.

These A-arms add 2" of forward offset and 1.5" of ground clearance, giving you room for up to 30" tires without a lift. The high-clearance bend design helps you cruise over obstacles and take massive hits with less chance of getting hung up on branches or rocks.

The boxed design maximizes strength from end to end. They’re made with TIG-welded 1/8" heavy-duty steel plating and beefy internal gussets, then finished with a UV-resistant powder coat to help protect against corrosion. UHMW bushings come preinstalled for smooth riding.

These A-arms include adjustable pivot blocks set to factory specs for camber adjustability, helping maintain ride quality and tire life when you add a lift or extra weight.

Ball joint options:

  • Super Duty 300M Ball Joints: 300M grade steel, grease zerk, adjustable steel-on-steel design, and 2.25x stronger than stock.
  • Keller Ball Joints: Two-piece design that threads onto the A-arms, with a chromoly steel stud, tool-steel body, and rebuildable, greaseable construction.
  • Heavy Duty Ball Joints: Made from hardened 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating, grease zerks, adjustable design, and tested to withstand double the pressure of an OEM ball joint.
  • Standard Duty Ball Joints: Hardened chromoly steel studs and housings with zinc plating for OEM-quality strength and longevity.
