You don’t ride on anyone’s terms but your own. SuperATV’s GDP 4" Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris RZR Trail S 900 is designed to make your machine more capable with a 15% or 30% gear reduction and your choice of cast or billet aluminum housings. For the toughest setup, upgrade to dual idler gears.

What is a Dual Idler?

After years of research and development, SuperATV’s dual idler gear portals place a second idler gear in the portal box to spread the load over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer and a stronger gear set. The gears are precision CNC ground and made from 9310 steel alloy.

Built for Different Types of Riding

A 30% gear reduction is well suited for mud bogging and large tires, while the 15% gear reduction provides plenty of torque for faster riding on less aggressive tire setups.

Less Stress on Your Drivetrain

Portal gear lifts put the gear reduction directly in the hub, which reduces stress on your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission and can help those parts last longer.

Strength and Durability

These portals are built with reinforced housings optimized for gear retention and oil flow, along with advanced steel alloy backing plates. Whether you choose cast or 6061 billet aluminum housings, you get a setup built for hard riding.

Wheel Requirements

  • 14" or larger wheel required
  • Cannot exceed 5" backspacing
  • Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer
