Description

Take your Polaris RZR Trail S 900 higher and with a lot more power with this GDP Portal Gear Lift from SuperATV. These 8" portals add clearance and torque to help you tackle tough terrain, especially mud, while reducing stress on your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission.

Choose from cast or billet aluminum housings and a 45% or 60% gear reduction. The portals use precision-ground 9310 alloy steel gears for smooth, quiet operation, and reinforced housings, specialized steel alloy backing plates, advanced gaskets, and sealed components for durable performance.

  • Available with billet or cast aluminum housing

  • 1.5 in. diameter 4340 hardened steel drive shaft
  • Increases width by 4 in. per side (8 in. total)
  • 1.5 in. forward and rear offset
  • Housings use advanced gaskets that don’t let anything through

These portals include assembled portal hub boxes with 9310 gears, seals, output shaft, gaskets, and thrust bearings; universal hubs and precision-ground stainless steel slotted rotors with lugs; specialized steel alloy backing plates; steel caliper mounting plates; extended brake lines; all required hardware, including recessed castle nut socket; and a frame stiffener, which must be selected at checkout.

A frame stiffener is required for these 8" portals because of the added lift and strength. If you’re unsure which gear reduction is right for your setup, use the portal gear reduction calculator.

Fitment:

  • Polaris RZR Trail S 900 Sport: 2021+

Wheel Requirements:

  • 22" or larger wheel required
  • Wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
  • Wheels need a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55 mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer

Recommended suspension and max tire sizes with 8" portals:

  • 36" tires: Stock
  • 41" tires: 1.5" Forward Front A-Arms
  • 43" tires: 7-10" Lift Kit
