It’s time to say goodbye to “one size fits all” clutches. Your Polaris RZR Trail S 900’s stock clutch is great for tame terrain and casual rides, but bigger tires, a lift, or changes in elevation can reduce performance. A SuperATV Rev1 Clutch Kit is designed and dyno tested to help restore and improve performance.

A Rev1 Clutch Kit transforms your stock clutch for faster engagement and punchier power. The clutch arms come preassembled and weighted for a dyno-proven performance boost. Expect maximum throttle response, reduced belt and clutch slippage, improved low- to mid-range engagement, increased RPMs, less heat buildup, and faster acceleration.

An adjustable weight kit is available for even more control. It includes weights as small as 0.5 grams and threadlocker so you can fine-tune performance for your altitude, climate, and trails.

Available kits:

  • General Performance: all-around performance boost, boosts horsepower, torque, and speed, improves low to mid-range engagement
  • Hill Climbing: designed to get you up hills, lightning fast engagement, maximizes power with low-end engagement

Kit includes clutch springs and clutch arms.
