A Better Transmission for Your RZR
We never want you to take it easy behind the wheel of your Polaris RZR Trail S 900. That’s why we designed our Complete Heavy-Duty Transmission—it’s stronger than your OEM transmission, so slipped gears and transmission issues will become a thing of the past. Each one is made to order before being put through vigorous lab and field testing. We include lapped gears for perfect meshing and upgraded internals, all housed in an ultra-strong case. This Polaris transmission replacement is built to power through riding conditions that could damage your OEM transmission.
An Upgraded Reverse Chain
The reverse chain has been upgraded by making it thicker and twice as strong as stock. This double reverse chain is designed to last longer and handle tougher reversing scenarios without breaking.
Better Pinion and Snorkel Gears
The pinion and snorkel gear set is made using 9310 alloy steel, and the front output shaft is made from 300M steel. By lapping the gears, they are perfectly mated and broken in together for cool, strong operation ride after ride.
Improved Pinion Bearing Retainer
The stock bearing retainer is one of the biggest weak spots on the OEM transmission. This heavy-duty pinion bearing retainer holds the gear firmly in place to help prevent the pinion gear from pulling away from the snorkel gear.
Ultra-Tough Transmission Case
The transmission case uses 68% more metal on the axle output and snorkel tube for added strength where it matters most. Additional support ribs and gussets help boost durability and keep everything running cool.
Gear Reduction Options
Choose from stock, 12.5%, 25%, or 37.5% gear reduction to get the right amount of torque for your riding style. A larger gear reduction can help when carrying extra weight, running bigger tires, or tackling rough trails and thick mud.
