Description

Upgrade or replace your stock drive shaft with SuperATV’s Rhino Driveline Prop Shaft for the Polaris RZR Trail S 900. Built for hard riding, it strengthens your UTV’s drivetrain with an upgraded shaft and joints. Choose U-Series U-joints or C-Series CV joints for the durability you need.

Rhino Driveline uses a 1.75" diameter tube with 36% thicker tube walls than stock, and the shaft is made from 4130 chromoly tubing instead of plain carbon steel. The shaft diameter is .5" larger than stock and the wall thickness is .120" versus stock’s .088".

U-Series

  • Made of 4340 chromoly steel
  • Uses a traditional needle-bearing U-joint
  • Sealed bearings for enhanced protection in any environment
  • No vibration

C-Series

  • Made of 4340 chromoly steel
  • Uses a strong and versatile CV joint
  • Fully sealed with a rubber boot for total protection in any environment
  • No vibration, no wobble, no maintenance

Both options are compatible with SuperATV carrier bearings only. SuperATV carrier bearings feature a greaseable, self-aligning bearing and a two-piece design for easier installation and maintenance. Choose between A380 cast aluminum for long-lasting reliability or 6061 billet aluminum for maximum performance.
