RackBoss 2.0 Is Unstoppable
Every rack eventually wears down and makes your steering unresponsive. RackBoss 2.0 is built differently with SuperATV's X24 Tech, a unique dual-bushing design that reduces wear by over 50%. With SuperATV's RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion installed on your Polaris RZR Trail S 900, you can run massive tires and tackle tough terrain with less worry about rack wear.
Less Wear and Tear with Our Dual-Bushing Design
RackBoss 2.0 uses heavy-duty PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack to remove play from the internals. Reducing play also keeps the tension spring nearly motionless. With little to no unintended internal movement, this rack can handle heavy rides and hard hits while staying in like-new condition longer. It also includes a built-in grease fitting so you can push fresh grease through after mud or water rides.
Solid Steel Bar Tie Rods
Solid steel bar tie rods provide the strength needed for rough terrain, big tires, slop, and boulder fields. The 1" diameter steel rod is paired with 3/4" outer tie rod ends and rebuildable inner tie rods that use 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.
Swaged Tube Tie Rods
Swaged tube tie rods are lightweight but tough. Their flared design boosts strength beyond what 7/8" tubing could achieve on its own. They use 14 mm outer tie rod ends, and rebuildable inner ball and sockets with 14 mm rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.
