Description

Give your Polaris RZR Turbo R the extra lift it needs with SuperATV’s GDP 4" Portal Gear Lift. It delivers the height you’ve been looking for and adds the torque you need to dominate the trails. Choose a 15% or 30% gear reduction, select your preferred housing style, and optionally add dual idler gears for maximum strength and performance.

Perfection is a process, and after years of research and development, the dual idler gear design spreads load over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer and one of the strongest gear sets available. Precision CNC grinding and ultra-strong 9310 steel alloy gears help ensure the idlers are mated perfectly and built for long-term durability.

Portal gear reduction helps reduce stress on your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission by placing the reduction directly in the hub, which can help reduce drivetrain wear and extend component life during tough riding.

GDP portals are built for trail-proven strength with cast and billet aluminum housings, 5/16" backing plates made from an advanced steel alloy, and reinforced housings optimized for gear retention and oil flow. Advanced gaskets and O-rings, a sealed input gear, double-lipped output seal, double-angular contact output bearings, and roller idler and drive bearings help support reliable sealing and smooth operation.

The 4" Portal Gear Lift includes:

  • (4) Assembled portal hub boxes complete with 9310 gears, seals, output shaft, gaskets, and thrust bearings
  • (4) Universal hubs and precision-ground stainless steel slotted rotors with lugs
  • (4) Specialized steel alloy backing plates
  • (4) Steel caliper mounting plates with spacers
  • (2) Steel steering arms
  • Extended brake lines with parking brake and brake cable brackets
  • All required hardware including recessed castle nut socket

Max tire size recommendations for 4" portals:

  • 38" tires: Stock suspension
  • 42" tires: 1.5" forward offset A-arms

The given tire sizes are the largest we fit without rubbing. With minor trimming or a small amount of rub, larger tire sizes can be used.
