Built from real-world testing and engineered for hard riding, GDP Portals are designed to help you get the most out of your machine.
Dual Idler StrengthThese portals use a second idler gear to spread the load over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer and a stronger gear set. They feature precision-ground gears made from 9310 steel alloy for cool, quiet operation and exceptional strength.
Built to Improve PerformancePortals put the gear reduction in the hub, which reduces stress on your drivetrain and helps your axles, prop shaft, differential, and transmission last longer. The 6" lift is built into the system, giving you added clearance without making your drivetrain work overtime.
Strong, Durable ConstructionAvailable with billet or cast aluminum housings, these portals are reinforced for gear retention and optimized for oil flow. They also use advanced steel alloy backing plates, a 1.5" diameter 4340 hardened steel drive shaft, and advanced gaskets or O-rings for dependable sealing.

Sealing and Bearing DesignThe portals include advanced gaskets and O-rings with excellent oil resistance, a sealed input gear, a double-lipped output seal, double-angular contact output bearings, and roller idler and drive bearings to help maintain perfect gear meshing and reduce wear.

Max Tire Size Recommendations for 6" Portal Gear Lift
- 42" tire size: Stock suspension setup
- 45" tire size: 1.5" forward offset front A-arm

The given tire sizes are the largest we fit without rubbing. With minor trimming or a small amount of rub, larger tire sizes can be used.

Wheel Requirements:
- 18" or larger wheel required
- 20" and larger wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
- Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer
