Take Your RZR Turbo R to the Next Level
Do the most with your RZR Turbo R by installing a set of 8" GDP Portals. They give you the ground clearance you need to fit up to 42" tires, and you can select your own gear reduction: 45%, 60%, or 70%. If that’s not enough, choose the most extreme portal lift with dual idlers for maximum strength and reliable torque transfer.
What is a Dual Idler?We placed a second idler gear in the portal box so the load gets spread over twice as much surface area, giving you more reliable torque transfer and an incredibly strong gear set. The two idler gears are precision CNC ground and made from 9310 steel alloy.
Built for Mud and Hard Riding
The extra lift helps keep you from getting swamped in deep bogs and gives you room for bigger tires. The gear reduction at the hub also reduces stress on your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission, helping your components last longer than stock.

Strong Housings, Backing Plates, and Sealing
These portals use advanced steel alloy backing plates that are stronger than chromoly and 5/16 inches thick. They also feature reinforced housings optimized for gear retention and oil flow, along with advanced gaskets, O-rings, sealed input gears, double-lipped output seals, and double-angular contact output bearings.

Max Tire Size Recommendations for 8" Portal Gear Lift
- 42" tires: Stock suspension
- 48" tires: 1.5" Forward Front A-Arms
Max tire sizes are measured at full compression and full turn. The listed sizes are the largest tires that fit without rubbing. With minor trimming or a small amount of rub, larger tire sizes can be used.

Wheel Requirements:
- 22" or larger wheel required
- Wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
- Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer
