But if you want your steering system to navigate boulder fields and big washouts without buckling, you need SuperATV’s Polaris RZR Turbo S RackBoss 2.0 Billet Aluminum Hex Tie Rod Kit. The polished billet rods and oversized heims are built to stand out and built to perform.

These aren’t ordinary RZR Turbo S tie rods. They’re CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum in a polished hex design for a premium look that turns heads every time you roll off the trailer.

This kit has the strength to back up its style. The billet aluminum rods are paired with oversized 3/4" chromoly heims and rebuildable inner ball and sockets to strengthen the typical OEM weak spot. It’s a solid choice for rock gardens, heavy upgrades, and aggressive riding.

Installation is simple whether you’re using a RackBoss 2.0 or OEM rack, and once installed, toe can be adjusted without removing anything.
