SuperATV’s 3" long travel kit for the Polaris RZR XP 1000 is designed to deliver unmatched stability, performance, and extreme durability. It uses chromoly tubed A-arms, threaded ball joints that are 3x stronger than stock, and a dual-bend design for added clearance. The kit adds 3" to each side of your RZR XP 1000 for 6" overall and includes Rhino 2.0 axles for increased strength.
Threaded ball joints are made from heavy-duty 4340 steel, thread into the A-arms without a hydraulic press, and secure with Loctite and a snap ring. The chromoly control arms are hand welded and built with larger tubing for strength and durability. Rhino 2.0 axles use hardened 4340 chromoly from end to end, are twice as strong as stock, and handle 40°+ suspension angles without overheating.

- (4) Rhino 2.0 axles
- (2) chromoly high strength rear trailing arms
- (4) aluminum hex radius arms
- (4) chromoly high strength front A-arms
- (4) threaded ball joints
- Rear aluminum hex sway bar link
- Aluminum extended hex tie rods and heavy-duty tie rod ends
- New springs utilizing stock shocks (included with 2015 and 2016 models only)
- Extended brake lines and tie rods
- All necessary hardware for easy install

- Only fits models equipped with Walker Evans shocks
