Unbeatable power and performance for your Polaris RZR XP 1000 with SuperATV’s 4" GDP Portal Gear Lift. Choose a 15% or 30% gear reduction to get the right balance of ground clearance and torque, and add dual idlers for extra strength. GDP portals are designed to improve ride quality and deliver the strength needed for hard riding.
Dual Idler® strength spreads the load over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer. Precision CNC grinding ensures the gears are properly mated, and the gears are made from 9310 steel alloy for maximum durability.
With the gear reduction in the hub, your drivetrain works easier. Axles maintain factory geometry and experience less stress, and your prop shaft, differential, and transmission are also under less strain for longer component life.
Strength is built into every part of the portal kit, including thick cast and billet aluminum housings, 5/16" advanced steel alloy backing plates, reinforced housings for gear retention and oil flow, and integrated rear hub backing plates. The kit also uses advanced gaskets and O-rings, a sealed input gear, double-lipped output seal, double-angular contact output bearings, and roller idler and drive bearings to maintain proper gear meshing and help prevent leaks and wear.
Features include:
Available with billet or cast aluminum housing
Dual idler gear configuration maximizes strength
Cool, quiet, precision ground gears made from 9310 alloy billet steel
1.5" diameter 4340 hardened steel drive shaft
Housings use advanced gaskets or O-rings
Universal hub fits all major bolt patterns
Gear reduction reduces stress on your drivetrain
Dual idler gear configuration adds a 3/4" front and rear offset, 1.5" total extension
Lighter than the competition
The kit includes:
(4) Assembled portal hub boxes complete with 9310 gears, seals, output shaft, gaskets, and thrust bearings
(4) Universal hubs and precision-ground stainless steel slotted rotors with lugs
(4) Specialized steel alloy backing plates

Fitment:
Polaris RZR XP 1000: 2014+
Polaris RZR XP 4 1000: 2014+
NOTE: Please check the bolt size of the hardware that fastens the Radius Arms to the brace plate (see image below). Select the socket size that corresponds to your OEM size. Polaris made a change in the mid-year in 2017 that has caused some confusion with fitment.
Wheel requirements:
14" or larger wheel required
14" and 15" wheels cannot exceed 4-1/2" backspacing
16" and larger wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
Not compatible with dual beadlock wheels
Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55 mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer
Portal gear reduction recommendations for Polaris RZR XP 1000:
29" to 33" tires: Stock suspension
34" to 35" tires: 1.5" Forward Offset A-Arms
36" tires: 3-5" Lift Kit
37" to 39" tires: 1.5" Forward Front A-Arms and 3-5" Lift Kit
40" to 44" tires: 7-10" Lift Kit

Max tire sizes are measured at full compression and full turn. The given tire sizes are the largest that fit without rubbing. With minor trimming or a small amount of rub, larger tire sizes can be used.
