Choose your housing style, cast or billet, and your gear reduction: 30%, 45%, or 60%, with dual idler gear options available for maximum performance.
What is a Dual Idler? A second idler gear in the portal box spreads the load over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer and a stronger gear set. Precision CNC grinding ensures proper gear mating, and the gears are made from 9310 steel alloy.
Designed for All Riders Whether you ride mud, trails, dunes, or all of the above, these portals are built to match your style. A smaller 30% reduction is ideal for fast rides with plenty of torque, 45% helps you run bigger tires and tackle bigger rocks, and 60% is designed for serious mud builds. Dual idler gear configuration is also available.

Complete the Package with a Frame Stiffener A 6" lift and bigger tires add strain to your RZR’s frame, so a SuperATV Frame Stiffener is recommended when installing these portals.

- 36" tires: 1.5" Forward Offset A-Arms
- 36" tires: 3-5" Lift Kit
- 39" tires: 1.5" Forward Offset A-Arms and 3-5" Lift Kit
- 46" tires: 7-10" Lift Kit

- Max tire sizes are measured at full compression and full turn. The given tire sizes are the largest that fit without rubbing; larger tire sizes may be used with minor trimming or a small amount of rub.

Note: Please check the bolt size of the hardware that fastens the Radius Arms to the brace plate and select the socket size that corresponds to your OEM size. Polaris made a change in the mid-year in 2017 that has caused some confusion with fitment.
Wheel Requirements:
- 18" or larger wheel required
- 18" wheels cannot exceed 4-1/2" backspacing
- 20" and larger wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
- Wheels need a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer
