A drop-in Turbo-style transmission for the RZR XP 1000
Your RZR XP 1000’s stock transmission has too many weak spots to truly take abuse. This complete Turbo-style geared-reverse transmission is built to solve that with a tougher case, upgraded pinion and snorkel gears, a beefed-up retainer ring, and geared reverse. It installs easily with no modification needed.
Geared reverse replaces the stock reverse chain and is 3x stronger than stock, so you can shift into reverse with confidence. The upgraded pinion and snorkel gear set is 2.5x stronger than stock and uses a stronger 300M output shaft. A thicker 6 mm pinion bearing retainer with a 6-bolt pattern helps keep everything meshed properly under hard use. The cast aluminum case adds strength where it matters most, with extra cooling ribs, support gussets, and reinforced snorkel tube and output areas.
Choose the gear reduction that fits your riding style, with options including stock, 12.5%, 25%, and, on some models, 37.5% reduction. A gear reduction can help put more power to the ground for bigger tires, added weight, and deep mud.
