When your transmission stops, you stop. SuperATV’s Complete Heavy-Duty Transmission for the Polaris RZR XP 1000 is built to be stronger and more reliable than stock, with upgraded internals and a reinforced case designed to handle demanding trails, mud, and steep climbs.
This complete, assembled, drop-in transmission features an upgraded reverse chain that is twice as strong as stock, helping you shift into reverse with confidence when conditions get tough. The snorkel gear set is made with 9310 alloy steel, and the front output shaft is made from 300M steel for increased strength. The pinion and snorkel gears are lapped during production for smoother, cooler operation and improved gear mesh.
To address a major OEM weak point, this transmission includes a heavy-duty pinion bearing retainer designed to keep the gears properly positioned and reduce the risk of overheating and failure. The transmission case has also been strengthened with more support ribs and gussets, extra cooling fins, and 68% more metal reinforcing the snorkel tube and axle output areas, while adding only one pound over stock.
Choose the gear reduction that fits your build, with stock, 12.5%, 25%, or 37.5% options available depending on model. A higher gear reduction increases torque for larger tires, heavier loads, and improved pulling power in rough terrain and deep mud.
