Meet Rhino Driveline Prop Shafts from SuperATV—the last prop shaft you will ever buy for your Polaris RZR XP 1000. These are built with stronger tubing and paired with C-Series CV joints or U-Series U-joints that wear less and run smooth. Upgrade your driveline’s backbone and drive your Polaris RZR XP 1000 with confidence.

Superior Construction

Rhino Driveline prop shafts feature .120" tube walls and a 1.75" diameter tube, which is bigger and thicker than the OEM prop shaft. They are made of 4130 chromoly tubing, not stock plain carbon steel, so they are built to handle creeks, rocks, mud, and hills.

C-Series

C-Series prop shafts use a CV joint built with a chromoly cage, spider, and cup for superior strength. The high-quality boot helps keep out mud, water, and dirt. The constant velocity design helps prevent rattle, wobble, and balance issues.

U-Series

U-Series U-joints use needle bearings like OEM, but feature a stronger 4130 chromoly steel body. They are a solid upgrade for riders looking to replace stock U-joints with something more durable.

Use with SuperATV Carrier Bearings Only

Rhino Driveline Prop Shafts are compatible with SuperATV Carrier Bearings only. SuperATV carrier bearings feature a greaseable, self-aligning bearing and a two-piece design for easier installation and maintenance. Choose between an A380 cast aluminum carrier bearing or a 6061 billet aluminum carrier bearing, depending on the performance level you want.
