Description

Take your RZR out for a weekend adventure with confidence using SuperATV’s Polaris RZR XP 1000 RackBoss 2.0 Billet Aluminum Hex Tie Rod Kit. The standout hex billet design and tough steering components help keep your steering solid through rough trails, while the polished billet finish delivers a premium look that stands out.

Built from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, these tie rods are lightweight, strong, and made to last. They use 3/4” chromoly steel heim-style tie rod ends with rebuildable inner ball and sockets for dependable steering performance ride after ride. The kit is also designed for easy toe adjustment without disassembly.

This complete kit includes everything needed for installation, including 6061 hex billet tie rod shafts, 3/4” inner and outer tie rod ends, boots and zip ties, misalignment bushings and hardware, and thread locker.
