RackBoss® 2.0 is built to be the strongest, most durable rack on the market, with X24 Tech—a dual-bushing design that reduces wear by over 50% compared to stock. It’s designed to help you run massive tires and tackle tough terrain with responsive steering for years of hard riding.

Minimizes Wear and Tear with Our Dual-Bushing Design

RackBoss® 2.0 uses dual PTFE bushings to reduce the wear and tear common with OEM racks. Built-in grease fittings help push out dirt and grime after mud or water rides, helping keep steering smooth and dependable.

Choose the Tie Rod Setup That Fits Your Build

  • Swaged steel tube tie rods: Lightweight and strong, with 7/8" diameter tubing, rebuildable inner ball and sockets, 14 mm outer tie rod ends, 14 mm rod threads, and 16 mm rack threads.
  • Solid steel bar tie rods: 1" diameter steel rod with 3/4" outer tie rod ends and rebuildable inner tie rod ends using 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.
  • Billet aluminum hex tie rods: Polished 6061 billet aluminum construction with 3/4" outer tie rod ends and rebuildable inner tie rod ends using 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.

All versions include inner boots, a steering stop kit, misalignment bushings, tie rod studs, and hardware. The rack also features a 65% larger housing than stock and over 50% less wear than OEM after 15,000 cycles.
