No One Does Portals like GDP Want to take your Polaris RZR XP to the next level? SuperATV's 4" GDP Portal Gear Lift does it better than anything else. Choose between a 15% or 30% gear reduction and select the housing type that fits your build. For the maximum upgrade, dual idler gears provide maximum strength.

What Is a Dual Idler? By placing a second idler gear in the portal box, the load is spread over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer and the strongest gear set available. Precision CNC grinding ensures the gears are perfectly mated, and they’re made from tough 9310 steel alloy.

GDP Lets You Ride How You Want Whether you're tackling mud, rocks, trails, or the desert, GDP has you covered. If you spend your time in bounty holes and boulder fields, opt for a 30% gear reduction for more low-end torque with big tires. If you prefer high-speed action, a 15% gear reduction is the way to go.

Portals Reduce Drivetrain Wear and Tear These RZR XP portals put the gear reduction right in the hub, so your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission work less and won't wear as quickly.

  • All required hardware including recessed castle nut socket

Max Tire Sizes for 4" Portal Gear Lift

  • Single idlers: 35" max tire size with stock suspension, 36" with a 3" lift kit, 37" with 1.5" forward offset A-arms, 38" with 1.5" forward offset A-arms and a 3" lift kit, and 38" with 2" offset A-arms
  • Dual idlers: 36" max tire size with stock suspension, 38" with a 3" lift kit, 39" with 1.5" forward offset A-arms, 40" with 1.5" forward offset A-arms and a 3" lift kit, and 40" with 2" offset A-arms
  • Max tire sizes are measured at full compression and full turn. Larger tires may fit with minor trimming or a small amount of rub.

  • 14" or larger wheel required
  • Cannot exceed 5" backspacing
  • Not compatible with dual beadlock wheels
  • Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer
