Make Your RZR a Mud Monster

If you want the ultimate mud-conquering upgrade, you need SuperATV's Polaris RZR XP 8" Portal Gear Lift. It gives you the clearance, power, and performance to conquer even the thickest mud with ease. Choose a 45%, 60%, or 70% gear reduction and a billet or cast aluminum housing to turn your RZR into a serious mud machine.

What’s a Dual Idler?

After years of research and development, SuperATV’s dual idler gear portals spread the load over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer and a stronger gear set. Precision CNC grinding ensures the dual idler gears are perfectly mated, and the gears are made from 9310 steel alloy for durability.

Pick the Gear Reduction That Fits Your Build

Portals provide room for up to 40" tires on your RZR XP and come with your choice of 45%, 60%, or 70% gear reduction to boost torque. More torque means more power to turn large tires with less strain.

Protect Your Drivetrain

Because the gear reduction sits in the hub, your drivetrain doesn’t have to work as hard to turn larger tires. That can help reduce wear on your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission.

Housings and Backing Plates Built Tough

Choose cast or 6061 billet aluminum housings for durability, plus 5/16" backing plates made from advanced steel alloy. Features include reinforced housings for gear retention and optimized oil flow, advanced steel alloy backing plates, and no vents, which are omitted because vents can do more harm than good.

  • Enhanced with Portal Blood gear oil formulated for GDP Portals

Advanced Gaskets, Seals, and Bearings

  • Advanced gaskets and O-rings with excellent oil resistance and low deterioration rates
  • Sealed input gear and double-lipped output seal
  • 100% sealing coverage throughout to help prevent oil leaks
  • Double-angular contact output bearings to help prevent premature wear
  • Roller idler and drive bearings to maintain proper gear meshing

Frame Stiffener Required

An 8" portal gear lift adds a lot of weight, so a frame stiffener is required to strengthen your frame. Add one if you do not already have one.
