SuperATV’s GDP 4" Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris RZR XP 900 is available with 15% or 30% gear reductions, so you can choose the setup that best matches your riding style and terrain.

Perfect for mudChoose the 30% gear reduction for a big boost in torque to turn larger tires and power through thick mud. It can also be used on the road and on trails and rocks.

Perfect for rocksWith 4" portals and a 30% gear reduction, you get the torque needed to crawl over rocks and the clearance to help protect your skid plate while running bigger tires.

  • Cool, quiet, precision ground gears made from 9310 alloy billet steel
  • Increases width by 4 in. per side (8 in. total)
  • 1.5 in. diameter 4340 hardened steel drive shaft

Polaris RZR XP 900 Portal Gear Reduction Recommendations

  • Up to 25" tires: stock suspension setup, 15% reduction
  • Up to 26" tires: 3-5" lift kit, 15% reduction
  • Up to 28" tires: 1.5" forward front A-arms, 15% reduction
  • 29" to 30" tires: 1.5" forward front A-arms and 3-5" lift kit, 15% reduction
  • 31" to 35" tires: 6" lift kit, 30% reduction

Gear reductions listed are general guidelines to maintain factory top speed. Installing a larger than recommended gear reduction will result in extra torque and lower top speed. Call for more information.

  • Polaris RZR XP 900: 2011-2014
  • Polaris RZR XP 4 900: 2012-2014

Wheel requirements:

  • 14" or larger wheel required
  • 14" and 15" wheels cannot exceed 4-1/2" backspacing
  • 16" and larger wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
  • Not compatible with dual beadlock wheels
  • Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55 mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer
