Unleash your RZR XP Turbo’s true potential with SuperATV’s GDP 6" Portal Gear Lift. Choose a 30%, 45%, or 60% gear reduction, with either dual idler or single idler gears. Built for riders who push hard in dunes, trails, and mud, these portals give you your torque back while helping reduce strain on your drivetrain.
Dual idlers for ultimate strength
Dual idler gear portals are built with 9310 steel alloy and precision CNC grinding for perfect gear mating. Designed for maximum strength and reliability, they deliver serious performance for demanding riding.
Premium construction and reduced drivetrain stress
Portal gear reduction is placed right in the hub, which helps reduce the load on your axles, prop shaft, differential, and transmission. Available with cast or billet aluminum housings, these portals also feature 5/16" backing plates made from advanced alloy steel for added strength.
Advanced sealing and bearing protection
These portals use Advanced Thermo-Tork® gaskets and O-rings, a sealed input gear, double-lipped output seal, double-angular contact output bearings, and roller idler and drive bearings to help maintain gear meshing and reduce oil leaks.

Max tire size recommendations for 6" portal gear lift
- Up to 34": Stock
- 35" to 36": 1.5" Forward Front A-Arms or 3" Lift Kit
- 37" to 39": 1.5" Forward Front A-Arms and 3" Lift Kit
- 40" to 46": 10" Lift Kit
Max tire sizes are measured at full compression and full turn. The given tire sizes are the largest that fit without rubbing; with minor trimming or a small amount of rub, larger tire sizes can be used. If you need help choosing the right gear reduction, use the portal gear reduction calculator.

Wheel requirements
- 18" or larger wheel required
- 18" wheels cannot exceed 4-1/2" backspacing
- 20" and larger wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
- Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer
