Description

SuperATV RackBoss® 2.0 Rack and Pinion for Polaris RZR XP Turbo is designed to deliver stronger, more durable steering with less slop and improved responsiveness. It uses X24 Tech, a dual-bushing design with heavy-duty PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack to reduce wear by over 50% compared to stock and help keep the tension spring nearly motionless. A built-in grease fitting lets you freshen the rack after deep mud or water rides.

Available tie rod options include swaged steel tube, solid steel bar, and billet aluminum hex. The swaged tube version uses 14 mm outer tie rod ends with 14 mm rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. The solid steel bar and billet aluminum tie rods use 3/4" outer tie rod ends with rebuildable inner tie rods that use 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. The solid steel and billet aluminum options are built for hard riding, big tires, and demanding terrain.
