GDP’s Polaris Turbo S Portals Are the Industry’s Best
Get a complete performance overhaul with SuperATV’s GDP 6" Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris RZR XP Turbo S. Customize your setup by choosing a 30%, 45%, or 60% gear reduction and selecting a cast or billet aluminum housing. You can also upgrade to a dual idler configuration for added strength.
What is a Dual Idler?
A second idler gear inside the portal box spreads the load over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer and a stronger gear set. Precision CNC grinding ensures the gears mate perfectly, and the gears are made from 9310 steel alloy.
Different Gear Reductions for Different Ride Styles
Choose the reduction that fits your riding style. Go with 30% for fast trail riding, 45% for mud and rocks, or 60% for the maximum gear reduction when running massive tires.
Less Strain on Your Drivetrain
GDP portals provide gear reduction in the hub instead of the transmission, reducing wear and tear on your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission. They also maintain factory suspension geometry to help keep your CVs cool and happy.
Built for Strength
These portals are built for hard rides and big tires with billet housings and advanced 5/16" steel alloy backing plates. Reinforced housings are optimized for gear retention and oil flow. Advanced steel alloy backing plates are stronger than chromoly. There are no vents, and Portal Blood gear oil is available for added protection.

Recommended Frame Support
SuperATV highly recommends running a frame stiffener with this 6" Portal Gear Lift. The stock frame is not designed for this kind of load, and a frame stiffener helps support monster tires with confidence.

Portal Gear Reduction Recommendations
If you need help figuring out which gear reduction is right for you, check out the portal gear reduction calculator. Max tire sizes are measured at full compression and full turn. The listed sizes are the largest that fit without rubbing; minor trimming or a small amount of rub may allow larger tires.
