It is a better, tougher version of the original RackBoss, using X24 Tech, a dual-bushing design that reduces wear by over 50%. If you want upgraded suspension and nonstop action without ruining your steering, RackBoss 2.0 is the rack for you.

Extreme Durability with Our Dual-Bushing Design

RackBoss 2.0 gets rid of internal play with heavy-duty PTFE bushings at both ends of the housing to make the rack gear and tension spring nearly motionless. Without the extra movement of its internal components, you can run bigger tires and go on harder rides with less wear than a stock Turbo S. It also has a built-in grease fitting to keep everything running smoothly ride after ride.

Tie Rod Options

  • Swaged steel tube tie rods: Lightweight but strong, with improved 7/8" diameter tubing strength, 14 mm rod threads, 16 mm rack threads, and 14 mm outer tie rod ends.
  • Solid steel bar tie rods: Made with 1" diameter steel bars, 3/4" outer heim joint tie rod ends, and rebuildable inner tie rods with 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.
  • Billet aluminum hex tie rods: Polished 6061 billet aluminum with a hex design and upgraded tie rod ends using 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.
  • Heavy-duty dual PTFE bushings designed with X24 Tech
