Description

Make Your RZR Turbo Frame Tougher

Your RZR Turbo packs a serious punch when you hit the throttle. But when you hit serious whoops on an upgraded machine, all that horsepower goes straight into your frame. Install SuperATV’s front and rear Weld-In Frame Gusset Kit for the Polaris RZR XP Turbo to help keep your frame from getting bent. With 25 gussets to strengthen your frame tabs and shear points, you can go big and put the pedal down too.

Each gusset is made from heavy-duty 3/16" steel plating and is built to support a specific part of your machine’s frame, shock mounts, and A-arm mounts. It’s an ideal gusset kit for riders running big tires, big lifts, and a heavy foot.

  • (8) Frame support gussets
  • (4) Upper shock mount tab gussets
  • (7) A-arm gussets
  • (6) Trailing arm gussets
  • Extended bolts
  • Complete instructions
