Bearings That Rock
Roller bearings hold the idler gear in place, and the output bearing is a double-angular contact bearing designed to handle heavy loads in any direction.
Universal Hubs and Slotted Rotors
Precision-ground stainless steel slotted rotors help with braking performance, and the universal hubs fit 4/156, 4/137, 4/115, and 4/110 bolt patterns. The tapered output shaft provides a more secure lock that resists wobble and wear.

Polaris Sportsman XP Portal Gear Reduction Recommendations
- Up to 28" tires: stock suspension, 15% gear reduction
- 29.5" tires: 2" lift kit, 15% gear reduction
- 30" to 38" tires: 6" lift kit, 15% gear reduction
Gear reduction recommendations are general guidelines to maintain factory top speed. Installing a larger than recommended gear reduction will result in extra torque and lower top speed. Call for more information.
