Adventure Better with a Polaris Xpedition Long Travel Kit
When you’re setting out on an unknown route and you’re miles away from the trailer, you need to make sure your Xpedition can handle whatever you encounter. Upgrade your suspension to SuperATV’s Polaris Xpedition 4" Long Travel Kit to get more stability and room for bigger tires. With an 8" wider machine, you can handle off-camber trails more easily and run up to 33" tires to conquer any obstacle.

Your Xpedition is a high-profile machine, and when you load it up with a ton of overlanding gear, it’s really top-heavy. This long travel kit adds 4" to each side of your machine for an 8" wider machine overall, giving you more stability to load up your roof rack and ride with confidence across all kinds of terrain.
The extra-wide front and rear A-arms are built to take a beating. They use 1.25" by 0.138" wall steel DOM tubing, preinstalled UHMW bushings, and preadjusted pivot blocks for proper camber. These A-arms are tough enough for any adventure and are backed by a lifetime warranty.
You also get premium billet aluminum hex tie rods for extreme strength and lightweight construction. They use heat-treated chromoly steel monoball tie rod ends and are adjustable without disassembling. The tie rods are backed by a lifetime warranty.
Rhino 2.0 Axles are included as well. Their oversized CVs provide impressive articulation angles, and their beefed-up shafts are built to withstand rough riding day in and day out. They are constructed of 4340 chromoly steel with a proprietary heat treatment and backed by an industry-leading 18-month warranty.
