When you’re exploring the toughest trails and the most dangerous terrain, you need parts that can give you an edge. SuperATV’s 6" GDP Portal Gear Lift is built for the Polaris Xpedition to deliver industry-leading power and performance. With a 6" lift paired with a 30%, 45%, or 60% gear reduction, you get room for massive 34" tires and the torque to push through obstacles with ease.
These portals use a dual idler gear design made from 9310 steel alloy, with precision CNC-ground gears for proper meshing, cool operation, and reliable strength. The 6" portals provide room for up to 34" tires while the built-in gear reduction helps turn big tires and carry heavy overlanding cargo without overworking the drivetrain.
GDP Portals are designed to help protect your suspension and drivetrain by maintaining factory suspension angles and reducing wear and tear through the gear reduction in the hub.
Built for strength and reliability, the housings are made from cast and 6061 billet aluminum and paired with advanced steel backing plates for added durability. They also feature reinforced housings for gear retention and optimized oil flow. Advanced gaskets, O-rings, seals, and bearings help keep everything running smoothly and sealed against leaks.

For extra reinforcement, SuperATV strongly recommends adding a frame stiffener when installing portals on your Xpedition to help support the added weight and rough riding.
6" Portal Gear Lift includes:
- (4) Assembled portal hub boxes complete with 9310 gears, seals, output shaft, gaskets, and thrust bearings
- (4) Universal hubs and precision-ground stainless steel slotted rotors with lugs
- (4) Specialized steel alloy backing plates
- (4) Steel caliper mounting plates with spacers
- (2) Steel steering arms
- Extended brake lines with parking brake
- All required hardware including recessed castle nut socket
Max tire sizes for 6" Portal Gear Lift
- 34" max tire size with stock suspension setup
Max tire sizes are measured at full compression and full turn. The listed tire size is the largest fitment without rubbing. With minor trimming or a small amount of rub, larger tires may be possible. If you need help choosing the right gear reduction, check out the portal gear reduction calculator.
